Trivia Night is hosted at Handlebend monthly, typically on a Thursday.

Have Casey’s Check on the host table. (reach out to Matt Dennis for this)

Print off the TEAM CHECK IN PAGE.

Fill in the teams that have already signed up

Leadership has access to the website submissions/ pre-sign ups. Ask someone on the leadership team to get you the list.

There is a box in the 'Event Closet' containing all of the baskets, place as many baskets in the back room as possible on the tables.

Place a pen, a set of trivia answers sheets (5 per team), and placeholder in each basket.

Print ANSWER SHEETS ( 5 needed per team )

Place extra baskets/beer buckets out front along with extra pens, laminated reserved signs, chalk markers, and the check-in sheet. This allows for teams to choose if they sit out front or in the back. teams will walk in, grab a reserved sign for their team name, check in, and either go to the back where tables are prepped, or grab supplies to sit out front.

Use the AUDIO + VIDEO HOW TO to set up the tvs.

Place the host table and a chair for Casey near the projector.
place a few extra answers sheets and pens on his table as well.
have the PRIZES on the table for Casey to hand out at the end:
1st place: $25 gift card to HB (get a gift card from out front, and comp out of the system)
2nd place: beer bucket or growler (can use a gift card for this as well)
3rd place: trivia category choice for the next month

Bingo is at Handlebend twice a month. The 1st Thursday and 3rd Sunday. It is hosted by other businesses.

Use the AUDIO + VIDEO HOW TO to set up the mic.

Plug in the Bingo Table and move it so there is enough room for the hosts to stand behind it.​

All Bingo supplies are in the North East Corner of the FOH. Direct the hosts to that.

The Bingo machine is pretty self explanatory, if you don't know how to use it set up a time before the event with a Leadership Team Member to show you how.
Hosted by John + Heidi, once a month. The last Wednesday of the month.
OPEN MIC
Day of Checklist
John + Heidi will set up in front of Twig's Garage Door.
• Hang up the "live music" sign and plug it in. (on the garage door)
• Move the "stump" and "host table" with two bar stools to the garage door for them to use.
• Make sure the tables are in a good space for the performers to still have room. Move them as needed.
• Print out the sign up sheet and place it on the stump. Keep this after the event and give it to Amber.
Hosted by Sarah Brinkman of Ord, Ne. She comes to HB about every other month depending on her schedule.
BOOZE + BEND
Day of Checklist
• Clear the banquet room so all chairs are on the tables and all the tables are pushed to the walls. This allows all participants to have room during the yoga class.
• Sarah is familiar with the sound system but be sure to also be aware of how to work it just incase there are issues. See the audio + tv for how to.
• Print out 25 waiver forms. The class is capped at 25 people.
• Each entry fee gets the yoga class + a drink of choice.
• The sign up sheet will be placed on the counter, if it's not there contact someone on leadership.
